How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Currently no new plan. My goal has been to build a house. I have purchased all the materials and am awaiting the builder to start the project

GiveDirectly does well in blessing people to carry on development. If not for them some of us will not have think about building a house.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was cooking in my kitchen during the morning hour when I heard sounds of jubilation. I ran out quickly and saw one of my neighbors heading from the same direction the jubilation was taken place. I ask my neighbor why those people are jubilating. Surprisingly, my neighbor told me that they were jubilating because of the transfer message from Givedirectly. Immediately, I also checked my phone and saw the same message from Givedirectly because we all registered together so I was excited as well.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
My dream was to get another house, but as a farmer, my earnings are very little to fulfill such dream, but with Givedirectly transfer, I am confident of owning a new house in the next few months to come.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have decided the purchase zinc and other house materials with the first transfer from Givedirectly to start building my new house because my current house is in a very deplorable condition and the thatched roof is leaking. I mainly suffer during the rainy season period when my house is flooded with water, so I and my children will have to park all of our household materials one side of the house and we will remain awake until the next morning.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I receive this money by the help of God, I will build a new house for my family and I in Kwarwaloken,Because life in the village has been ready hard for the passed years. So I will put that new house under rent to help support my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the passed months nothing has brought happiness to my life. Because of all the times from one problem to another at this moment I'm so heartbroken because of my daughter husband sickness.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
For the passed time things has really been thought for my family and I, Because my husband isn't working and the farm can't even help in anyway..My children haven't eaten for the passed days all because I can't afford their meals.And I believe that money is the key to everything in this life if I don't have how will I be able to take care of my family.
