What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer paying labourers who helped in backing bricks, hired a garden land, bought solar and two goats. I am then planning to use the balance to build my house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
By giving me money to use on what i want than deciding for me, Givedirectly has done well
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If i had never received the transfer, I would never be in the position to get my garden land for cultivation. I would still be very poor unable to build an iron roofed house.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to repair my house that was in a poor state because one side was almost falling off,I also bought two cows, some posho, clothes and household items like plate, cups and also a matress.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment i recieved my first transfer I felt so happy that I failed to sleep that night, planning how to spend this money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that i sleep well confortably on a mattress and I nolonger suffer with cold in the night when it rains because I have repaired my house, previously,I was sleeping on a mat and my house was open on one side and it would get so cold that I could not sleep in the night. I could worry that one day the house would fall over me any time, but right now I have no more worries. My family and I can now eat in time, unlike before when I had to go to look for work and after getting paid is when my family would eat,I was not sure of a meal until I get work and get paid. I am also dressed well now, because I was able to buy clothing for myself and for my family members.I used to lack clothes and I had old and worn out clothes.
