Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life is much better because I have repossessed my farm land. Next season I will not hire farm land the way I did in the past. Secondly, I now have enough lighting in my house as opposed to when I used a torch which was costly because I bought dry cells oftenly.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the transfer, I felt happy because I was sure of repossessing my farm land.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I paid a debt worth UGX 600,000, bought clothes/household goods( blanket, mattress, a bag and utensils) worth UGX 216,000, paid school fees for my grandchild worth UGX 300,000, bought building materials( 1 trip of sand) worth UGX 70,000, paid labour worth UGX 60,000, transport worth UGX 40,000 and solar energy worth UGX 130,000. The recipient spent some of the transfer on treatment and food but could not estimate.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to retrive the piece of land that was leased out, complete the construction of my house and buy some household items.
These will renew life in my household.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening when I have had a meal.
I feel satisfied.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is lack of oxen to support in farming.
I have not been able to buy oxen because I don't have money so I am forced to use a hand hoe with which I can only clear a small portion.
Oxen is very vital especially in a village setting and yet I can not afford to buy.
