What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We are planning to lease a piece of land where we can grow sweet potatoes and maize which we later sell in various markets.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having been a successful farmer. The proceeds from the sale of my crops have enabled me to build a better house for my family and also purchase some oxen and a dairy cow.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of enough money to buy farm inputs like seeds and fertiliser, the planting season is almost over and if we cannot get finances to purchase the inputs, our farm will have to lie fallow thereby depriving us of a source of income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up and thank the Lord for blessing me and my family. It makes me very happy to be able to praise and worship my Lord.
