How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is much different now because I bought household items and livestock that I am very proud of. I am now very happy that GiveDirectly chose me to benefit from this program.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to send people money that has helped their families. On the other hand, there is nothing wrong that GiveDirectly has committed.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second cash transfers on purchasing household items and bedding worth UGX270,000. I also bought livestock worth UGX700,000 and I spent UGX100,000 on land hire for farming. I also spent UGX400,000 on clearing my sister's medical bills and the balance of the cash transfer was spent on buying food for the family.
