What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a heifer to provide our milk for improved nutrition in the future. I spent the balance on plastering our house since the soil texture in this place is bad and walls easily crack, and I figured out it is cheaper to apply plaster for durability..

I spent my first transfer on buying a sack of maize at 3,800 KES, used 2,000 KES to till land, bought a wooden seat at 2,000 KES, I then used the rest of the cash to buy maize seedlings and food for the house.
