What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used the last cash transfer to release my son who had been arrested by police officers. I also used part of the money to pay hospital bills for my daughters. One of my daughters gave birth at a very tender age and ended up throwing the baby away. I had to use a lot of money in travelling long distances in trying to look for the infant. I thank God because I found the baby alive. The kid is alive and healthy to-date.

I spent my second transfer to buy the following: 9 bags of cement for 7200KES, bed for 4600KES, cow for 16000KES, 180 kg of corn for 8000KES, water tank for 2500KES, a mobile handset for 4000KES and 3 hens for 1800KES. I also paid school fee for my son for 2400KES and construct a pit latrine for 3000KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is the better and clean homestead am living at. I have clean and better latrine you know!

I am planning to start a small business selling fast moving consumer goods and also open a grocery store.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having worked as a casual worker for many years and managed to feed, clothe and educate my family with the little money I make.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of a sustainable source of income for myself. Sometimes it is difficult to get any casual work and this means that my family will most likely be unable to have a meal in the evening.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when if I wake up when I am not sick.
