What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used my third transfer to finish building my 3bedroom house because I had started building it with my second transfer and it was not enough for me to finish my house. I also bought a solar panel for light.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have been able to build my own house with the support from the transfer I got. So my life is different that I have my own house which I did not have before receiving transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly's staff is hospitable and calm to us, there's no asking for bribes in GiveDirectly program and GiveDirectly team handles people with respect.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on constructing a house because my previous house was old and its roof would go off whenever it rained heavily.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Being able to send my children to school with fully paid school fees is the biggest difference in my life. My children's education was on and off because they were always being sent home for school fees however that changed with the availability of transfers.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying iron sheets for roofing our house. The iron sheets we had on the roof of the house were old and we had just laid them there so they would easily be blown away in case of strong winds.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very happy at heart when I received the money however I did not show any excitement for fear of making those who had not received the money envious.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Firstly, i would like to spend the cash transfer on constructing a house for my family,the balance i will use it to pay school fees for my children to prepare them for a brighter future.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I did have a free range poultry system that multiplied, the sale from both the eggs and chicken i could use it for paying school fees for my children and buying other basic necessities for my family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is having no enough land for farming sustain my family,the one i do farming i just hire which is very expensive indeed.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy during afternoon hours when my wife and children have lunch and they are satisfied.
