I want to have built a house and bought a cow.

GD kept the promise of money I'd never received and there was no corruption.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was home in the morning farming. I was very happy because I had doubts. I first thought about buying land although the money wasn't complete.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I can now eat and live a better life. My family is fine. I can now farm and have cows.

I deposited one million on a piece of land so that I can build and relocate.

What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
In case i get the cash transfer intend to buy a piece of land in Nangako trading center which is a safer place n construct a house there , then retain this land am living right now for farming
What is the happiest part of your day?
The Government gave me food and a blanket in August 2022 through district officials in Bunamaasa village as people who are living in highly risky areas that are affected by heavy rains. This gave me hope that the government thinks about its people
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
One of the biggest challenges am currently facing is water coming from underground when it rains heavily, the house gets too cold which also affects my health, garden and leaves cracks in the houses. Am always worried that anytime my house will be washed away.
