Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal in the next four months is to buy a knitting machine. I have been saving some of my monthly transfers in a merry go round. Once I get some to top up, I intend to buy this machine and start knitting sweaters for sale.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I now rear chicken that I bought using the transfers. I consider myself a farmer, even though small but that is a step. I am also glad that I was able to buy myself some new clothes. I previously used to fully depend on my parents for most of these needs and I am glad I got an opportunity to offer something courtesy of GiveDirectly. I am now more hopeful that indeed I can do so much more because I am empowered.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect that in the near future I will have a running knitting business. The proceeds from this business will allow me to be a little less independent of my mother. I also hope that we will have an improved lifestyle, that we can eat and have all we need with little struggle. I want my family to be happy!

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Four months ago ,my life was quite difficult because I used to rely on my mother to get litle cash for personal needs. This changed when I began yo puy the money i receive in the shop business that my mother runs.. The increase in stock is now the reason why we get more proceeds from the business. The share of the proceeds goes a long way to meet my daily personal needs as well as those of the entire family more eas than before. This makes me more comfortable because I get all that I need.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal is to save more in a merry go round group and buy sheep. This livestock will be growing over time and result in a progit generation activity.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difgerence is the higher flow of income from the shop business. I use the money that I recieve to contirbute to increasing the stock in the shop that my mother works in. As a result, I have benefited from the proceeds because I have a stake in it. I can afford to buy basic needs for myself unlike before when I had to rely on my parent.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I will have more from livestock investment. When I invest my savings in sheep, I will see to it that they multiply and be a big income generation activity.
