What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used the last cash transfer to treat my child who had serious burns on her body because she fell into a hot pan where I was cooking in the kitchen. My child stayed in the hospital ward for a period of three weeks but she eventually recovered well. I thank Give Directly for the financial assistance they accorded to me through the cash transfers.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I prioritized fixing a steel door on my house and replacing the damaged iron sheets on my leaking roof which cost me a total of 22000 KES. I then used the old iron sheets from my main house to construct a kitchen since I used to cook outside before, and would really get worried when the rainy season starts. I also bought a cow worth 20000 KES in order to be at par with my peers in the village.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have a proper roof that does not leak anymore and I feel safe sleeping in my house since the steel door I fixed is strong, unlike before when I had a very weak door made from iron sheets and could be broken into very easily.
