How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Yes in the past i never had a dream to build a beautiful house because i had no reliable source of income, as you can see there are no sustainable income generating activities here. Now that i have had received this transfer i decide to build a house and my goal is to have it finished before December 2021
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
To say the fact GiveDirectly has done every thing perfectly in all stages of the programme. The staff members who have been visiting us here since the programme started were cheerful, supportive and approacheable. All problems we faced were dealt with accordingly and the finance system which was used was good without any dubious acts such as corruption. On the part of what was not done well, i can assure you that there was nothing.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have spent part of my transfer on 19 iron sheets, for building a new house, which i bought at MK6000 each, 3 bags of maize at MK8000 each and saved the rest for building a new house in the near future
