the new goals that i did not have before receiving the money was to build a house, because i did not have enough money for it

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I remember that moment I saw the message that i have received money from Givedirectly i got very excited, and i will never forget the moment.

Honestly speaking, our lives are no longer the same since receiving the help from Givedirectly, at the moment we have enough food for the whole family that will possibly take through out the season up the next growing season.

Iron sheets, cement and food are some lf the things that i have bought with most lf the money that i have received money from Givedirectly.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I amvery excited to receive this money as it will help me to buy iron sheets for the house which i have always wanted. My house would use about 30 ironsheets which i hope would cost around k90000. I now have hope that my problem of fixing grass thatched roof every year has come to an end
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning because that is the time i usually have my first meal of the day. I am also happy because i feel grateful to see a new day because i know that not everyone has the opportunity to wake up alive
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced in the past 6 months has been lack of food for my family. It has been very difficult to find food because we did not harvest much last harvesting season.
