Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I am now stress free because I can meet the basic needs of my family members. I also have better education plans for my children. Previously, I was ever bothered of how to get the money to feed my family, educate my children and hire farm land.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received the transfers, I felt so happy. Getting this money meant that my life was going to change because It would enable me buy household items that I did not have.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer for buying 3 mattresses for my children, utensils, clothes and aggregate that I intend to use for construction. I paid a medical bill of UGX 80,000 and saved UGX 1,000,000.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to take care of the education needs of my children, buy a piece of land that I can cultivate and a cow that will reproduce and support the family in future.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening when I am drinking local brew with friends. We make fun together.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is taking care of the education needs of my children. My wife tries to brew local alcohol so as to raise some money that can support the household. However, despite the efforts put in, it is common for my children to be sent out of school for not paying fees on time. It is for this reason that we have always got soft loans from some loan schemes just to ensure that children attend school.
