What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am very happy and excited to be amongst beneficiaries of this program, this is so because we are currently facing financial problems and we feel that this initiative has emmerged at a right time
What is the happiest part of your day?
We secured a piece of land last month of which we will use the GD money to grow some legumes for business purposes, securing that land which belonged to my late grandfather brought happiness in our lives
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
We did not benefit from Government funded cheap fertilizers, this affected our maize output.
As of now we are buying maize flour on a daily basis and sometimes we often sleep without eating anything. We hope that the money will turn our financial situation around
