I spent my third transfer on fully purchasing a solar lamp 7000 KES that I had paid deposit earlier.I built a chicken cope 35,000 KES to expand my commercial chicken rearing business. I bought a bag of maize 5000 KES and other household expenditures too.

My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I now live in a clean house and neatly painted hence I am proud hosting my visitors comfortably as opposed to before the transfer when my house was dirty and the sanitation was poor too.

In my opinion,GiveDirectly did well on its recruitment process as it maintained transparent by ensuring corruption cases where zero since GiveDirectly's staffs did door to door enrollment without involving other parties hence the right target groups were successful selected ( the poorest households in my village). I will encourage GiveDirectly to continue with the good job of sensitization to reduce misconception in the respective villages where it works since it pains to see the most poorest households being left out due to misconception making them to make the decided not to participant in the transfer related projects.

I spent my second transfer on building an iron roofed house at 34,000 KES, paid a 10,000 KES deposit for a solar lamp, bought a sack of maize at 4,500 KES then used the rest on food for the house.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I no longer buy kerosene and I also don't sleep with my chicken in the same house anymore.

I spent the token transfer on buying mattress, I also hired a piece of land for farming.

I was very happy and excited for transfer which came at a very right time.
