When I received my transfer I was able to paid my children school fees, I bought iron sheets to change my leaking thatched roof. I bought enough foodstuff for myself and that of my children. The rest of the money I was able to paid workmanship

Givedirectly has done very well in my life and that of our village, givedirectly has changed our entire village with so many new houses. Givedirectly has empower our youth with financial support. There's nothing that givedirectly hasn't done well.

I'm so thankful to God for making me to be part of this program. And I also thankful to GiveDirectly for their support. Because I'm very old and I can't go on my farm any longer. The house I'm living in right now was having leakage all over roof, I used to get sick sometime from cold. I never had money to change my leaking thatched roof. I used some of my transfer to buy zinc and other materials for my house project. I pay my children school fees with part of the transfer. I also bough some goods and save the balanced to transport my from Monrovia he's coming to plaster my house.

My goal has been to complete my house. I have struggled to build my own house for the past six years. I make farm and sell my produce to pay for some of my materials.
