Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
After completion of the construction of the new house in our household, I am feeling rejuvenated and with a strong feeling that I can still do more with the little I have been receiving every month. Currently, I have many plans underway and in the next four months, I have an additional goal to start furnishing my newly built house. I am working hard to ensure that I obtain decent furniture, complete the placement of tiles on the floor and also paint both the interior and the exterior part of the house, and finally install a ceiling board.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
In the last four months, the biggest difference in my daily life is the completion of the construction of a new house. Over a long time now, we have I have been struggling to assemble construction materials with the little savings I had been making every month after receiving transfers from GiveDirectly. I am now glad that I am moving into a new wooden-walled house after a long time of living in a mud-walled house.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
With the ongoing projects now, I have a lot of expectations in the next six months. At the top of my list is the completion of the house furnishing and also improvement in agriculture. The two are coming in handy since they are the major projects I have started so far.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago in that I have been able to build a spacious house for my family. I used the savings I got from our savings group to achieve this. The one I was living in was small and could not accommodate all my family comfortably.

The additional goals in my life for the next four months is to buy cement and ceiling board with the transfers and use in furnishing my house. This will relieve my wife from the struggles she faces when searching for cow-dung in my neighbor's homestead and then to smear our present mud house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Before, my farming practices were poor and I always had low harvests but after I started using fertilizers, I got a good harvest recently. This has ensured food security for my family as I use part of the transfers to buy food to supplement what I produce. Therefore the biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that my family have an opportunity to enjoy the nutritive value of balance diet meals on a daily basis.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because I feel more optimistic about a brighter and more fruitful future. This is because I have managed to purchase a relatively large number of tea seedlings that I have been yearning to plant. Besides, we have been enjoying an increase in income and savings because we have concluded renovating our kitchen. Still, the new and more decent kitchen has earned us more prestige as a family.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal for my life for the next four months is to ensure that I have planted all the tea seedlings in my one-acre piece of land. I will save most of the transfers from GiveDirectly to finance the project because I will be hiring some individuals to dig up some holes for planting. Successful completion of the project means a lot to my family with regards to income generation.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I feel more optimistic about a brighter future. This is because I have managed to buy a relatively larger number of tea seedlings. I have been struggling to plant tea because it is one of the main cash crops in our area. Unfortunately, the income that I usually get from my casual work of house construction was insufficient to finance the project. Indeed, there has been a big difference following the transfers from GiveDirectly. Consequently, I look forward to planting the tea in the next few months. Hence, I am hopeful of a better future since I will be having a reliable source of income - tea.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change significantly in the next six months. This is because the renovation of our main house will have started. Accordingly, I will be spending a lot of funds to finance the project. Hence, I will be handling more casual work and saving little or no funds. Hence, the transfers from GiveDirectly will be invaluable at that time.
