My life is better now because I have acquired land where I will build my permanent house. The bicycle I bought has made my transpotation easy. Prior to receiving this money my in-laws had given me up to the end of this year to leave their land. Thank GiveDirectly for supporting me.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I started shavering and I made an alarm shunting, thank GiveDirectly.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My interest is to spend the transfers for starting a produce business at Apade trading centre within Lao village. This business in along run will be my source of earning. I will be selling these produce to generate money that can sustain the needs of my family members in future.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Iam so much engaged searching for how to meet the needs of the family from morning up afternoon hours. The only relaxing time is afternoon hours and it has enabled me to discuss with my children on better development plans.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of an income generating activity. I tried to carry out farming but this has never given me substantive capital for starting up a business since most of the money realised was spent on educating the children. I have therefore failled to provide essential needs to my family members as expectated.
