How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My previous planned still stands, that is, building a new house and to pay my children's school fees with this current transfer. I'm gradually working towards my goals.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
To me, GiveDirectly has done lots of good things for us. We are now capable of building our own houses in our communities unlike before, there was no means of building a house easily.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Although I have not spent my money yet but I'm intending to buy building materials to start up my house projects soon and to pay my children's school fees with the balance money.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"If God help us and we get this money our plan is to build our house. We're squatting in this house. Our house got borke down when mango tree fell on due to strong wind. We were given this place until we can build our own house"
What is the happiest part of your day?
" The happiest thing we ever heard is this news about maybe your will give us free money. Seeing you putting our names in computer we never see it before. It's the best news we ever hear."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
" Our main problem is our living place. We need somewhere to sleep good. If we can solve this problem it will be good for us. The next problem is our children school. We need money to send them to school if school opens".
