Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My next goal is to construct a poultry house so that I would have a confined area to keep my chicken. This would enable me to carry out other farm activities and prevent my chicken from destroying my crops.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Late last year, I obtained a water tank on credit which I repay every month with part of the transfers which I received from Give Directly. In the last four months, I haven't been spending too much time fetching water from a river miles away from home. Nowadays when I am through with the farming activities I just walk to the water tap at my doorstep.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I believe that I would have constructed a good poultry house which I will be using to rear poultry. I would be financially stable since I would have started selling eggs. Eggs are on high demand and I will not even be going to the market to sell as the buyers come to collect at my doorstep. The money which I will generate from this farming will enable me to buy other necessities which we cant produce at home.

My life has changed for the better because of this. I am looking forward to building a new house since the one that we are currently staying in is a very small one that is worn out.

In the next six months, my expectations are that I shall have started constructing my house as well as be in a position to continue paying school fees for my children and complete the payments for my water tank as well.
