My husband died and left me in a bad and small house and the termites had eaten the timber and it was almost falling off, so most of the GD transfer I used in building my house, and also my daughter is finishing her primary education in the next 2 months so I saved some of the money too to help out in sorting her joining high school next year

I spent my second transfer on buying 3 bags of corn for consumption, an heifer for rearing, an ox drawn plough for tilling my farms as I have oxen and a steel door and windows to fix at my house so as to enhance security. The remaining cash I spent on cultivating my farms in addition of buying some farm inputs such as fertilizers and hybrid seeds so as to increase yield hence abundant food to feed my family.

The biggest difference in my daily life is having plenty of food stock in my house hence I don't have to struggle much like before to feed my family.

I spent my first transfer on Secondary school fee (4,000 KES) to enable my child be regular in class and perform better, bought some of the construction materials (5,000 KES) that will be needed for the house we plan to build and also bought half a bag of dry maize for food (1,000 KES).

The moment when I received my money, I was in the process of making dinner, I saw the message and laughed long and also jumped excitedly. I finished cooking for my family eventually but was too excited eat any food myself and had no appetite anyway. Consequently I slept in an empty stomach until morning- I actually ate my share of the dinner that morning before I could leave to go withdraw the money. Thank you very much (laughter!).
