What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used the entire transfer to pay my two sons who joined form one this year.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different because I managed to establish a kitchen where I prepare meals as well as my chidren catch a sleep. I was facing a serious challenge in that I had a small house and it was the very house in which I was sharing with my aged children. Apart from that, the shame of staying with my children home despite passing thier examination is no more because I managed to take them to high school.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD does well by dealing with each individual separetly instead of working with a group. I'm not aware of what GD doesn't do well at the moment.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to construct a kitchen where my children can sleep. I have also used part of the transfer to build a poultry house that i will use to start poultry keeping. I also bought food using some part of the transfer.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is that i am yet to start the poulrty business. I will be able to sustain myself. I am peacefull now.

I spent my first transfer on paying school fees 7, 000 KSH, offset a debt 2,000 KSH and the remaining 1000 KSH for house expense.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I'm planning to spend my upcoming transfer on building a kitchen and paying school fess for my children who are about to join secondary school.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to pay school fees for my children who are in high school and has fees problem. Secondly l would wish to expand my business to generate more income to sustain my family. Finally l would like to cement my floor to improve my living standards.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l have struggled to educate my daughter up to form four though because of lack of money to take her to college.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in life is lack of money to pay school fees for my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when all my children are able to go to school without being sent home for school fees.
