How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I had never recieved the transfer in I am happy in my life for having built my permanent house.

In my opinion, givedirectly has done well by helping me to improve my lifestyle. I also am in posession of an iron roofed house.
However, givedirectly has done nothing bad.

I am spending my second transfer on building as I need a permanent house. This will help me to get rid of the leaking grass thatched house.
I then used it in hiring garden land that I will cultivate on to increase food production and cub famine.
I also bought seedlings that I am going to plant when the season starts.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that am generally doing well, I sleep on good beddings and put on good clothes. Am also constructing my iron roofed house.

The moment I received the transfer, I felt so happy and I thanked God for his provision. I never had any money for buying what I wanted Give Directly is a blessing to me.

I spent my first transfer for buying construction materials that is to say 2 trips of bricks UGX 480,000, 7 iron sheets at UGX 189,000. I also bought a bed, a mattress, bedsheets, blankets and curtains. The balance of UGX 500,000, I intend to use for the actual construction work.

Receiving this money means that my household will be able to afford constructing an iron roof house.
This will not only provide shelter but also help our household harvest rain water.

Evening time is my happiest part of the day.This is usually the time i share future household plans with my husband.
