Oh yes ! A house, I spent my third transfer on building a house because the old house was leaking.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life was different than if i didn't receive a transfer, because i wouldn't have managed to build a good house like this.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Well , in my opinion ! GiveDircetly was calm in that people used to insult the staff. but the staff was calm. Secondly, unconditional cash was so good to me in that i had peace of mind while planning for this cash.

I spent my second transfer on buying building materials and i have built myself a two roomed house since the one i was staying in had cracks and it was soon falling i decided to demolish it

I spent my first transfer to build a house since the one I had was in a dilapidated state and the roof was leaking as it had been temporarily put on the house

The moment I received money was too joyful because I knew I was going to get a permanent roof for my family. We now sleep peacefully at night whenever it rains

The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I have ended the day still alive and so is my family.
