What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on cementing and plastering my house that I constructed with the second transfer. I also bought goats for rearing as an investment.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I would still be living in a small house with my children and, my spouse would've died of the kidney failure because we couldn't afford medical treatment however my life is different because with the transfers i received, my husband received medical attention and his health was restored and I also constructed a bigger house for my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
By not dictating how each of us should use the money and letting us decide how to spend it, GD does well.
