How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Apart from being able to pay school fees for my children ,I am also staying in a better house. I am also self realiant and do not fully depend on my husband for support.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to start a business that can help me raise money to comfortable support my family.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that my children are able to stay in school without being sent out of school for not paying fees.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
My have my orphaned step children who are in high school,so I have some relief when I managed to pay their school fees. I am glad they are able to stay in school. This is the biggest difference in my daily life.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months,I hope I shall have repaired my house that is not in a very condition.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Were it not for the transfer I received from GiveDireclty my children could have not stayed in school. They could have been spending most of their time in and out of school. This hurts me a lot.

My new goal is to start a business. I want to get more income along side the vegetable one I have.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I faced in my life is when my children are sent home for school fees and as a parent not being in a position to raise that money because of the little income that I make.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is at 1 pm when I have completed most of my day's chore and can afford some rest.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to use my transfer in improving my house and buy dairy cow to provide my family with milk.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The greatest achievement in my life being able to educate my eldest son to university even though we are making little income.
