How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am building my house, and for the first time in a long time, i did not do labour in other peoples farms as i was concentrating on my own farm.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy and veey excited because i knew my problems are now over. I was beyond joyful up to date I am still happy .
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
My day to day life has changed I now can breath and sleep knowing that i do not have to worry about all those things i used to worry about.I used to go out and search for casual labour jobs to help suport myself but now i am nolonger depending on this since i have my own money .
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent the money on a matters and cement for my house. I also bought a door and a bicycle and blanket. Since it was time for farming I also bought 2 bags of fertilizer and 2 bags of maize which are now feeding my household.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money will asist me in affording new beddings and mattresses and finishing for my house. I am also looking forward to starting a new business and the second transfer will assist me to buy a bicycle to ease transport problems.
