Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the improved standard of living that I have acquired. This is through my own businesses that have made me my own boss.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I felt very happy. I knew that my long term plans were now going to materialize.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to start up my saloon business at 700,000 ugx. Since there were few saloons in the area I needed to put up another one with modern equipment other than the ones that were already there with poor service and equipment. I also had to increase capital in my former business of making chapati at 300,000 ugx and bought more flour, cooking oil and other equipment that I needed in improving on my profits. Since I had only one bull, I decided to buy another bull at 600,000 ugx to help me in ploughing. I then used the balance for my personal needs.
