Oh yes, a land! I bought land because I have been using my father's land but now, I have my own land.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying a plot of land and i am planning to build rental houses in it so that these houses generate more income in the nearby future.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that i bought a plot of land which i had in plan but i didn't know where i will get funds from to purchase it.

I am planning to spend my transfer on renovating my house and the remaining balance to buy some livestock.

My proudest achievement is constructing a house, this house gave my family comfortable accommodation than the mud house we had.
