What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on house construction materials in readiness for building a better house on our own compound as expected by Luo traditions and relocating. We have been planning to do this for some time but it has been difficult due to low finances.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying nails, 30 iron sheets and poles at 23,500 KES, paid 20,000 KES down payment for land which am buying, bought one and half sacks of maize at 6,900 KES after adding some of my money to the rest of the cash.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I no longer work for others to get food for my family now that I have enough maize in the house. Am also feeling happy and stress free now that I have started the process of purchasing some land so that I can be able to erect my own homestead.

I felt so happy that day when I finally received the money I had been anxiously waiting for. That moment came when our house was leaking and we seriously needed to plan for a new house.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My house is grass thatched as you can see it, its leaking and when it's raining, I usually seek refuge and mother in laws house with my children. The problem is when its raining at midnight, I cannot go to mother's in law house so my belongings are rained on and no sleep that night

I feel good. I have been looking forward to build my own home and this opportunity has come at the right time
