How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different now because i will be able to build my house. i stay with my relatives in a congested house, there is no privacy in the house. the moment i received my transfers i have bought all the materials for building my house and am planning to start building once the rainy season is over.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
i feel like everything is done very well i cant identify anything that was not done well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When i received my second transfer i bought bricks as i am planning to build my house once the rainy season is over. the other amount was used to buy bicycle, mattress , food and other basic needs.

I was very happy and greatful. I do not even know how to express my joy. I am simply greatful.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
It has changed.My life has changed i now have food for myself and my children. My child will finish school which I will for every be greatful.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought a mattress so that I have a good place to sleep . I bought 2 bags of fertilizer and 3 bags of maize .i also bought 30 glass for my house and 14 iron sheets for my home. This is going to be used for renovating my house.The remaining money we paid school fees for our child.
