What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought building materials like bricks, cement and the remaining money I used on feeding.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly's approach of direct cash transfers was wonderful other than using other channels which could have diverted cash for something else could have jeopardised the program. Secondly GiveDirectly's staff were very specific while conducting their work and were very friendly. However, GiveDirectly in my opinion should have enrolled even youths who still live with their parents because they are unable to take care of themselves.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different because GiveDirectly has given me a much higher step to accomplish my project of constructing house. If it was not of this transfers, It would have taken me many years to achieve my dream of building a iron roofed house. My standards of living improved when I received this transfers because I could afford anything I prefered like food, Household items among others. Lastly, I live a more stress free life because I was able to clear my debt therefore I bond with my creditors freely as compared to the past when I could dodge their phone calls whenever they called.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I eat a balanced diet and I enjoy peace from my neighborhood as well. In the past, I scarcely fed on a balance diet since I had little money with a lot of needs to meet like school fees. In addition, my neighbors used to fight frequently because whenever the women wanted money from their men, it mostly resulted into quarrels and fights.
