How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I now have an ironsheet roofed house one thing I never thought will ever be possible in my life
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Gd did well on informing us about the fraudsters and how best to use the transfers on things that should not harm the human life
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought ironsheet so I should improve the roof of my house, it was a grass thatched house and most of the times during rains we hard to change the grass before and after the rains but now all that is history

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very excited
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The program came into the village whilst I had no food in the house. I had nowhere to turn to but only praying to God for assistance. With the money, I was able to buy food and in addition I bought beddings and iron sheets. Without the money gift, me and my family would have died of hunger.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought iron sheets, matress, beddings, food and cassava seeds.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
This money will mean A lot to me as I will buy ironsheets for my house. This grassthatched house involves A lot like looking where to find grass, plastic papers and time so when I will have iron sheets I will have less worries and time to do some other valuable things and also I will innovate the whole house so i may be able to show to people.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Anytime because I don't have a specific time
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Lack of enough money to take care of my family no matter what I do there's nothing tangible I can do since it is always little I remember a certain year where I thought I made a lot from rice but I can't figure out what I bought up until now
