What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my entire third transfer to buy building materials like iron sheets, timber and nails which am planning to use in building my new house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I will now be able to build my house and in my own compound something which I never knew could happen soon and also, I managed to pay boarding fees for a child I was living with.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has changed the living standards of those who were down in our community through transfers. I have not seen anything GD did not do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my transfer on buying building materials which I intend to use in building my new home because I want to move to a my own place. I then paid school fee for my adopted son who is in high school.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I see my son go to school everyday and I am at peace because I know he is never going to be sent home for fee for the rest of the year.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Our first plan is to spend part of the transfer to pay school fees for one of our children who is in secondary school in form three. Secondly, we intend to use another part of the transfer to pay hospital bill for our child who is sickling. Lastly, we planning to invest the remaining amount in grow sugar cane growing.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement we're proudest of is having managed to take our child to secondary school.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship is paying school fees for our child who is in secondary school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon after I have come from the farm and relaxing at home.
