My life is different than it would have been because I am happy to be able to afford food and dress better than before.

In my opinion, givedirectly has done well by uplifting our livelihoods through giving us money to build houses, buy food and other household items; there's nothing it hasn't done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials such as cement, sand aggregate, timber, a door, bought a mattress, and food.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I am now a happy person.

The moment I received my first cash transfer, I felt happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first cash transfer worth 1,700,000ugx, I bought ten iron sheets worth 300,000ugx, six bags of cement at 200,000ugx, I bought utensils at 65,000ugx, bedsheets at 28,000ugx, I bought food worth 9,000ugx. The balance if 1,098,000ugx, i intend to use for building my house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means building iron roofed house .Yhis is becaues i currently sleep in a house that links and it's hard to access grass. If any balance remains, I would love to buy cows for milk purposes.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when the children I adopted send me some help and I am able to meet basic needs
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is the challenge of struggling to do garden work alone with no help from my husband.This is because I never had any child and he brought the Second woman.
