How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to buy a fishing net for my husband to start fishing for us. He (husband) is a fisherman by profession but work for someone else. His earning is so little to care for me and our three children. And it is one of our biggest dream to own a fishing net which will help us to open our own fishing business, where I can help start a dry fish business. This I believe will help increase our income that we will then be able to provide enough for our household.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD is doing extremely well for improving our lives through its cash transfer model. We did not had the thinking of receiving such a huge amount. This is like a dream come true for my family and I. It is because of GD's cash transfer model that my family and I are going to establish our own fishing business. However, as things done unwell by GD, I am not in the know of any such act. I am very pleased with the things that GD is doing and it is taking us out of poverty.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I will spend my last transfer on purchasing a fishing net to help my husband start his own fishing business. My husband earn little from the fishing work that he's doing for someone. Providing meal everyday for our household is a challenge that we face. With this last transfer received, we are going to start a fishing business that will increase our income to provide for our home.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to build a house for my family and I. We live in a house made of thatch roof that leaks. Because of this leakage from the roof my children big sickness is cold. This transfer will help us put an end to living uncomfortably.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is doing well to transfer cash to us with no attach condition. I am very happy to be on this programme. It has allowed me to set a plan of building a house where my husband, children and I will live comfortably without worrying about leakage. However, I have not seen or heard of anything wrongful about this organisation. All is well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I will spend my most recent transfer on buying zinc, nails and planks for the construction of a new house. My family and I have suffered from a leaking thatch roof for a very long time now. We are always using buckets and cups in the ceiling to prevent our things from getting wet or damage during rainy time. Now this money received from GiveDirectly has certainly brought true happiness and relief to us. We can have a new house of our own build with zinc that will cause us to worry no more.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Firstly my goals was to build a Zinc round house (Dominant zinc house) for I and my children to live because, this is a kind of house poor people build in Liberia we that are living under extremely poverty. Moreover , there was no means of building a good house so that was my thinking to get zinc house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly do well in so many direction, as from my end GD had bless me and there's know way to pay them back because, there is nothing free in this world but GD give free cash transfer to we that I living in poverty. I had not seen anything that GD not doing well, everything things for my life now is good.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I had decided to build my good new house for I and my children and send them to school for better education. Because , doing all of this previously was not easy for me, If family's or community neighbours don't help me i don't do all these things on my own. But by the mercy of GD and it's humble staff I'm a independent women today.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My shop is empty due to spending my business money for school fees and feeding of my children so if am successful, I will use my transfer to do business by buying more goods for the shop. This will really help my children's education.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I have been happy for a long time now because everyday brings it own problem.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My thatched house is always leaking because the thatched roof is not long lasting. I don't have a zine house so during the rainy season, it becomes a big challenge.
