I do currently have a new goal and my new goal is to build new house. The new house will enable my family and my gold miners (gold boys) to have a place to live while working at the mining place. This will also help us to eliminate the problem of renting in the community. As the result, it will enable my family to save money for future opportunities adventure.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD is doing well to uplift community people form poverty. And I not aware of any thing that Give Directly needs to improve on.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My second transfer is to be used on sawing wood for my new house. As this portion of the building construction is cleared, then the other transfers will be used to purchase zinc and to commence the construction project.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
RE: One morning as I woke up to open my shop, i heard neighbours talking and rejoicing that their givedirectly transfer have come, so i place a call to my wife who has gone to Monrovia to purchase goods for the shop and took my phone along with her. And yes she confirmed that our transfer was in the phone and i beginning to smile.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
RE: The biggest difference, is the joy and peace that I have at the taught of making my dream improving and expanding my business possible with givedirectly transfers. From the FO observation, the recipient is over joy because the minute the FO approach the recipient and introduced thereself as a givedirectly employee the recipient have been smiling all through, like one can clearly see the joy in this recipient.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I plan to build my children and myself a good house when I receive transfer from Givedirectly. We already have a house but it isn't up to standard. We're now trying to build a guarantee structure that will last for many years.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My joy over the past six months has been being alive and being healthy. Others have all they want but they're ill and are not able to do anything. But I'm happy and joyful for being healthy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My major challenge now is raising money for plans I have made. I have plans to build a durable house, send my children to higher learning institutions and improve my business. These plans are slowly being achieved because of low income and the slow inflow of funds.
