What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
was able to buy zinc, nails, cement, and few pieces of planks to be added to the remainder planks I bought early to roof my old house. Through this transfer I have also been able to pay back the debt I owed before. Moreover, my children are happily in school because I have paid their balance school fees.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Helping the citizens of this County to have a better life. Now as seeing people have what they never thought of having because of the lack of finance. GiveDirectly has given us new life through this cash transfer. In my opinion, the organization has done nothing wrong that I no off since workings in my community.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Have a decent house has been my goal before recieving this transfer. My house has been in a bad condition. Despite it being in that condition,I have not been able to improve it because of the lack of money. The roof no longer holds the rain waters as before. I have wished to complete the construction of my new house before the rainy season but there were a little short coming on the part of me. With my last transfer I am now going to do the finishing touches on my new house and move in

I'm planning to complete my house project with this my second transfer. I just bought zinc and cement to finish with my house. I even spent little amount on planks and stick. I bought some provision for the house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion GiveDirectly has done great things for me. They are very transparent in theirs work as a NGO in Liberia. They don't discriminate between people in their program.

My most recent transfer that I just received from GiveDirectly. I'm going to build a new house for my children and paid their school fees. I'm planning of buying zinc and cement to finish my house. I even bought some planks that i will add on the stick that i paid people to cut. I bought some food for the house and also for my farming work. I even paid some man to help me with my farming work. I'm going to buy my big daughter a phone that she will be using in school. I'm planning of starting a new business to help me and my family. Things was not really good with us over the years.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion GiveDirectly has done great things for me and my family. I was not able to build a new house with zinc over the year. I'm now thinking about building a zinc house for my children. GiveDirectly is one NGO that i really give them credit in theirs job. Givedirectly doesn't discriminate between people in the programs. I'm very thankful to GiveDirectly for their good gesture towards us in Rivercesse. It's was very much difficult for me to even provide for my children.

What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My most recent transfer that I received from GiveDirectly programs. I'm going to build a new house with zinc and cement. I just bought three bundles of zinc and six bags of cement. I even paid my children schools fees for this calender school year. I even bought them their Christmas and new years clothes. I'm going to paid someone to help cut fews sticks from the bush. I even going to get some pics of planks to to add on the stick. I bought a new phone for my big daughter that is going to school in the city.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my life is that I'm thinking about building a house for my children. I'm able now to provide for me and my family every day. My children schools fees are now paid they all are in schools now. I really use to worry about my family conditions but with the help of GiveDirectly, I'm going to be able to build a new house. I'm very thankful to GiveDirectly for their good gesture to me and my family. I'm going to be able to sustain me and my family after this programs. I will start a small business when i received my next transfer.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment i received my first transfer it was like a dream to me. I was walking from my farms to the town went i received my first transfer. I was so happy about this programs that GiveDirectly has brought to us in Rivercesse. I went to my house with running to my wife to tell her the good news. I'm now thinking about building a house for my children and my wife. I was only living on farming to survive as a poor man. I'm now going to build a new house with zinc for my family. I was really used to get hard time in getting food for my children.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My main challenge I'm face with right now is, i credited money from a saving group and i don't have money right now to pay back.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What brought me joy and happiness in the past six is, none of my family members have die, we're all alive and health.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
The house my family live in right now is my father-in-law house, my family don't have a house. I want to build a house for my family and buy some household items.
