How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
"We are very grateful for what you have done to us if not for this transfer we could have remained to be very shallow minded people on how other people live by then we used to think that people that eat healthy and different kinds of food just want to show off but now we are also managing to do that and we can see that our body appearances are improving we are looking very healthy."
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
"Continue on how you are doing your job more especially on enrolling people by yourself door to door it shows that there will be no corruption because once other community leaders are involved things always go wrong because they want to benefit much than the others."
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
"With the money we added ironsheets to improve our house which was grass thatched, we bought food as we did not have enough, we bought clothes and invested some in our business so that the money should not finish but multiply for future and daily basis."

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy because the money changed my life. We were on Zero as a family. We had nothing to depend on financially. Finding food was also difficult. Now we drink tea everyday.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference I have seen is starting a business. Currently, my husband brings money every day from the market because he uses the bicycle we bought for business.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the money to buy Food for my family, beddings, fertilizer, clothes for my children and utensils. In addition to that, I bought a bicycle which my husband uses for business and we started a business of buying shoes in town and selling them in the village.
