The moment I received the money, I felt very happy since I was assured of accomplishing most of my pending projects with the upcoming transfers. At the same time I was convinced that GiveDIrectly do fulfill promises as opposed to other organisations who come our community with bigger promises and they disappear in thin air after getting donor fundings.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I'm facing is paying school fees for my children, I find it hectic to source for that money because my husband is also sickling and I'm therefore forced to survive on debts to ensure they go to school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I'm usually happy in the morning when I'm with friends making stories as they keep me off stresses.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means a better life, I have a son who is jobless, I am planning to buy him a second hand motorcycle and give him as a surprise that he can use the same to ferry people at a fee to better his life. I would also build a new, spacious house that can fit my family.
