How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Life is different than it would have been because there's better feeding since food is available unlike before when the family could at times go a day without a proper meal. In addition, I am happy to have paid school fees and acquired cows, something I could just remain wishing before.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well giving money directly that has enabled people to acquire livestock, household items, land, and there's improved feeding in homes. There's nothing it hasn't done well.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I'm so happy that this money helped me acquire some items which were lacking in my household. Previously I owned livestock but I sold all in order to pay school fees for the children. I'm so glad that I managed to buy a cow that will reproduce and supply me with milk for consumption and sale. If it wasn't of GiveDirectly I wouldn't have been in position to pay school fees for my children. I'm proud that when this children complete their education the future will be bright for them. Finally I managed to replace my old shamy household items like mattress, Bed sheets, clothes and curtains that have made my house presentable when I have visitors.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
It was around 1 a.m when I received this transfer, I became so happy and I expressed my joy my kneeling down, prayed and thanked God for the amazing donors who extended their support to me.
