How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new plan is to start a new business. I bought refrigerator to start this new business, I am now cooling water and other drinks to sell.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
As for me GiveDirectly did well, I received all of my money. The only thing that brought bad feeling to me was GiveDirectly people do not eat from us neither drink water from us which brought some level of bad feelings. But I later on understood the reason.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought freezer to start a new business which I have started already.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE: Life was a bit difficult before the coming of givedirectly, i was indebted to my children school. When givedirectly came and started giving my community transfers, i was able to complete my bike that was given to me for work and pay full payment which would've have taken me longer than i did. My dream to build a better house instead of living in mut house is becoming a reality, because i have bought my zinc with my previous transfer and thanks to givedirectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
RE: For me givedirectly is doing very well from the enrolment process till present. Every individual from givedirectly that had ever come here to talk to me had been kind and friendly. One major problems a lot of us(recipients) are face with here in Rivercess is cashing out of out transfer, this area have only one cashout area therefore most of the time there's no money and most people have to travel Buchanan,Grandbassa to cashout which is stressful for especially for old folks. I think givedirectly should set up a cash out system in Rivercess, Cestos city to help their recipients get their cashout the full amount and avoid their recipients being cheated by mobile money agents because sometimes people are being cheated because they are not illiterate.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: As i have purchase all of the zinc to start my house project, Am going to use this my transfer to take my house from ground level to roof and complete the furnishing. My biggest dream right now is to move in my house before givedirectly can leave my community.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE: I was a student who was attending school in Monrovia but because of difficulties and financial constraints i had to dropped out of school and return home to hustle. Meanwhile once my return back to this my village i started negotiating for a motorbike in other to start transport business. Fortunately for me, young men here such as me organise a daily savings that is for motor cyclists, once you join the savings you are given a motorbike to start transport business to help you keep with payment. At the end of each month one person is given the money and the person is to use the money to rebust the rightful owner of the motorbike they are operating, meanwhile the motorbike becomes yours and there after you can decide what to do with your money everytime you make transport. Now the biggest problem I had was completing the motorbike payment but when givedirectly send my transfer i clear the payment for my bike something I would have taken a year or more to do. Today because of givedirectly transferi now own a motorbike. Now that am my own boss, i have started saving from my tansport business to build my own house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
RE: Givedirectly workers are always very kind, unique and time conscious. A lot of people especially the older people have some issue with the givedirectly policy that says they should not eat from us nor except gifts from us( recipients). There are lots of complains from most often older people about them most times being manipulated by sometimes mobile money agents and thieves taking some of their money without their consent. Like there was a time when a olderman travelled Buchanan to cashout his transfer because their was no money in Cestos city and he was manipulated by some thieves that was sitting on the street when he was trying to locate a mobile money cashout place, he was told by the thieves to give the phone to them along with his password because they(the thieves) are the once that do the cashout, after they send his transfer to their phone they than show him the mobile money booth nearby to go and get his money the minute he turn to the booth they escaped and was never caught. So i think givedirectly should consider setting up a cash out system in Rivercess, Cestos city to help their recipients get their full cashout amount and avoid their recipients being cheated by mobile money agents and thieves.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: My greatest desire was completing my motorbike payment which seems actually impossible because traffic isn't doing pretty well here. Moreover, I was often calculating when will over eight persons complete their payment before my turn. but when givedirectly send my transfer it was amazing because i could finally clear the payment of my motorbike, something I would have taken a year or more to do was don't a second which am overly grateful to givedirectly for. Today, because of givedirectly transfer i now own a motorbike which to me is an investment, am now riding for myself and i have even started saving to build my house soon.
