What did you spend your third transfer on?
When I received my third transfer, I invested the whole of it in farming. I grow French beans and I expect to earn at least 200000 KES this season.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I can say that a lot has improved in my life and more specifically to farming. Initially, I used to buy milk but now I have a dairy cow that generates for me at least 6 L of milk a day. Again, I do farming in large, growing french beans and all these has increased my income. I have transformed from a peasant to a great farmer and that is how my life is different than it would have been if I never received transfers from Give Directly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion, Give Directly boosts our morale to develop. He promises us money and fulfills but it ended abruptly as opposed to smoothly. We were just worried how it varnished even without informing us that the project had come to an end.
