What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My third transfer i use it to complete my house project.I also use some of this money to send my children to school.life has been very difficult for me and my children.I was living on farming to provide for my children and family.with this transfer I'm able to start building a new house project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Gd has done great things for me and my family. One thing that I love from gd is that they don't do pick and choose with people.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I'm hoping to accomplish the next coming years to start a new farming project that will help me to feel my children and family.Gd transfer have help me to improve my family life and that of my people in my village.

My most recent cash was spent on buying zinc so as to renovate my tatched house and the balance was used to pay my daughter's school fees as school is very paromount and i believe she can have a better life than me if she goes to school and learn well, i don't want her ending up the way i do.(Living in the village and doing hard labour jobs to survive)

GiveDirectly is doing very well with the cash transfer, making sure that the money is reaching the recipients with no third party being involved.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I want to see my children well learned so that they would be able to take care of me and themselves in the near future.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"The challages I am currently facing is lack of good shelter. Where I sleeps is in a deplorable condition and the rainy season is getting closer, I don't have money to pay rent or renovate where I am now."

"The good news about this GiveDirectly money has brought me so much joy".
What does receiving this money mean to you?
"I really want to do a business and build a house for my family but I don't have money. When I receive the transfer from GiveDirectly, I will invest in a business so that I can get more money to build a decent three bedrooms house for my family".
