What does receiving this money mean to you?
"What I plan to do with my cash transfer is, to build a house for I and my family, because, since I was born, I never owned a house, where I was before moving into this structure was my parents' house, but it had broken down. Prior to moving into my parents' house, I and my late husband, Boimah Quoiquoi were staying in his late parents' house in Koniah Town, after his death I moved back into my parents' house in this town and met my current husband, Mohammed Kallon, who has two wives; when my parents' house broke down that's led me to moving into this structure that is owned by my nephew."
What is the happiest part of your day?
"What had brought me joy in the last six months is, this gone time one of my sisters' daughter graduated from high school, it brought me happiness, reason being, I know that when this particular child becomes a successful person in the future I will benefit a lot, because she's somebody who really loves my me."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"Those challenges I'm facing now are, 'One', I don't have my own house to lay my head, reason being, we're two on one man, so the money I can get from him isn't much; also, when I do my cassava harvesting it doesn't earn much because we have lot of people selling this same cassava market, and if I price the goods the buyers normally beg me to lower the price to the point that I can't accumulate much, on the other hand, if you say no to the buyers your goods might leave in your hands and sometimes spoil. 'Two', the farm work is too hard and unstable, so I want to do a stable dried goods business like selling rice, vita and other small small things which will enable me sustain I and my family."
