How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal for my recent transfer is for me to improve my house.

In my mind GiveDirectly did well because they help me to improve my house and also bought Mattress for my self. I did not experience anything that GiveDirectly did not do well.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
RE: I was fixing chairs in my kitchen, when my neighbours started celebrating that they have received money from givedirectly, so i told my trustee/helper to check my account.
But I didn't received money therefore i was advice by those that already received to continue checking my account that day. So after some time again I ask my trustee/helper to check my phone again and the was my givedirectly transfer.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
RE: This money is a dream come through for me because with this givedirectly transfer i am able to live my dream by purchasing a radio.
This is my biggest dream, for many is not important but for me it a lifetime achievement.
This is the only thing I have wished for many years, so am very grateful to God for givedirectly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: I will spend the most of my money on purchasing a radio which have been my dream for so many years.
I love listening to news, so i want to be listening to news everyday, I want to know what's happening in my country and my surrounding as well.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"Things has been hard on us since the death of my late brother; who used to support us with food and mattresses. So now once I get this transfer I will buy enough food for me and my mother as well as two mattresses".
What is the happiest part of your day?
"Only one thing keeping me happy each day and that is: seeing my mother's alive".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"Getting our daily meals is my challenge now. Since my late brother death, things are very difficult for us because he was the breadwinner for the family in terms of farming and fishing which he used to generate more income inorder to support us with all our daily needs".
