How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have a new goal; I am improving my first goal.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly is doing everything great! The fact that I had nothing for myself and they lifted me all the way up, I tell God thank you for them. I don't think they have done anything bad. I love everything about Givedirectly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used part of my transfer to top up my fish business. I also bought mattress for my room and clothes for my children and I. There was little food at home, I used part of the money to buy additional food items. I saved the rest of my money to add up to the 3rd transfer and do something different from my previous plans.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
It is my wish to do a very good business and I have been here planting crops to help achieve that, so if I am successful and receive the transfer, I will get a business to do.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I never really had a time in the past six months to experience happiness, my mum died, and my family responsibility is solely upon my shoulders even my spouse helps but he's not really doing much things as of now.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My family and I struggle for food and clothes to wear.
