How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have lived in a thatched mud hut all my life with my husband until he passed away. There has been no hope for me and my children until GiveDirectly came to change our lives. My goal now is to build a lasting home for me and my grandchildren.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Everything GiveDirectly does is good and the evidence is there for all to see. There's absolutely no one in this town who can say anything bad about GiveDirectly. I don't know of anything they don't do well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have started buying materials for the house. The zinc, nails and wood have already been bought and I intend to buy more soon.
