What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means a relief from our daily casual labour, gardening in other peoples farms so that I can find money to buy food for my family. Using the money I will be able to buy enough food for my household as we are already starving to the point of spending 2 days without any food but sleeping on mangoes and wild roots and fruits.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Any part of the day whenever we have atleast 2 meals; lunch and supper
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband and I are old as a result we are not as energetic as before so we cannot work as we used to in our youthful days. This has negatively affected us in that we do not harvest enough food for our household which leaves us with no other options but to beg for food from our neighbours and do piece work just to survive
